Dubai Ice provides ice-related products and services including custom ice sculptures, ice cubes, dry ice, and liquid nitrogen solutions for personal, commercial, and event purposes.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings and orders.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Custom Orders

Custom ice sculptures and personalized orders are made based on customer specifications.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all provided details, designs, dimensions, and requirements are accurate before approval.
Once approved, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted.
Any cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable.

5. Delivery & Setup

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, location access, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must ensure proper access and a suitable environment for delivery and setup.
Dubai Ice is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Product Nature

Ice products are naturally perishable and begin melting depending on surrounding temperature and conditions.
Dubai Ice is not responsible for melting, damage, or product changes after delivery or setup due to environmental conditions or customer handling.

7. No Returns / Refunds

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once orders are confirmed or delivered.

8. Liability

Dubai Ice is not liable for:

Damage caused by improper handling of products after delivery
Injuries resulting from misuse of products such as dry ice or liquid nitrogen
Delays, losses, or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control

Customers using dry ice or liquid nitrogen must follow all safety instructions provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, logos, images, and content related to Dubai Ice remain the property of Dubai Ice and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
