Return Policy – Dubai Ice

At Dubai Ice, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and services, including ice sculptures, custom ice designs, ice cubes, dry ice, and liquid nitrogen services, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed or delivered.

No Returns / No Refunds

• All purchases made with Dubai Ice are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted.

Custom Orders

• All custom-made ice sculptures and special orders are created specifically according to customer requirements.
• Because these are personalized products, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged during delivery or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for review.

Dubai Ice will review the issue and, where applicable, may offer a replacement at its discretion.
