Order Process

If you find an item you like in our online store, you can purchase it and we will deliver it to your doorstep through our courier partners.

After purchasing your item, we will provide you with a shipping tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our courier's website.

Please note, if you order multiple items, each item may be shipped separately as per the courier's request.

Shipping Information

If you order products for delivery outside the base region, they may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by customs. You will be responsible for payment of any such charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your order is accepted, it will be processed and dispatched according to the estimated delivery time provided on our website. Orders received after the specified cutoff time or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. References to shipping, express courier, and handling relate to the services provided by our shipping partners.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping routes and customs clearance. Generally, delivery takes between 1 to 20 days.

Once your order is shipped, the courier will hold it for a maximum of 2 days. If they are unable to reach you within this time frame, the order will be canceled and returned to our store.
